The Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a motivated and sales focussed individual to join the team as a Business Development & Relationship Manager, located at our North Gold Coast branch. This is an active role in which you will be responsible for the growth of the clinical waste, hygiene and washroom services business in Queensland. The purpose of this role is to generate new sales opportunities, develop existing customer relationship and procuring new businesses.

In addition to attracting new clients, your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and closing inbound enquiries
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies
  • Creating and following up sales leads to their successful conclusion
  • Report sales progress and impacts
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager, QLD branch and national team to collaborate on ideas and target new opportunities
  • Explore new service offerings

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A proven track record of wining new business
  • The ability to work autonomously and ethically
  • A high level of enthusiasm and drive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and develop relationships
  • Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

The successful applicant will receive an attractive base salary and generous uncapped commission structure.
